OBJECTIVE :
• Empower citizens to easily report and address the
public issues and improve public services.
• Facilitate citizen participation and improve government
responsiveness against the public grievances
INTRODUCTION :
• Everyone around the world today
uses the internet, and there are lots
of helpful platforms available now.
• This application helps users work
quickly and efficiently.
Our smartphones play an essential role in the world of today.
Many of the applications helps to enhance the social
environment in which we live.
• Example : Swiggy , Flipkart , Amazon , etc.
PROBLEM STATEMENT :
• We face several problems in our daily lives in the current
world.
• Public grievances like electricity complaint , potholes on roads
, drainage system complaint , garbage issues , etc.
• While the majority of people decide to ignore
these problems , some of them were wish to
resolve them but unsure how to do it.
• However, a large number of people were
unaware of how to file a complaint , where
to file it , and when it would be solved.
PROBLEM STATEMENT :
• We have a solution for this problem in our digital world.
PROPOSED SYSTEM :
• The relationship between society and the people
become good.
• It encourages every citizen to complaints by
enhancing awareness of issues.
• We develop an application to report complaints and to track
the progress of complaints made by the public.
• Anyone can access this application from anywhere.
• We can upload a photo to show the exact spot where the
problem originated, and also see whether our problem has been
resolved or not.

USER AUTHENTICATION :
• We have registration and login pages in this
module.
• To make an account, we must first register by giving
a password, mobile number, and Aadhar card
number.
• We simply login with our mobile number and
password if we have an account.
• This module uses our individual Aadhar number
and mobile number to verify our identity.
• The database will contain all of the data.
REPORT ISSUES :
• We have a complaint phase in this module where
you can file a complaint.
• We have a variety of problem categories to
address all over them.
• You can report problems here with electrical,
drainage , garbage , roads and other things.
• Simply click the electrical issue to report any
problems based on electrical work.
• You will be taken to the next phase to describe the
problems.
REPORT ISSUES :
• We can report problems by writing a description of
the issue and uploading a photo.
• Anyone can submit a complaint with ease by
uploading a picture and describing it in the form of
a default message within their categories.
• The Geo-Camera included with our application can
both take a photo of the problem and pinpoint its
precise position.
• Additionally, we can upload multiple images to
show the current state of those concerns in more
detail.
CHECK STATUS :
• After reporting , we can track the status step by step
and allows us to verify the status.
• We have all of the complaints in this phase and we can
determine whether have been resolved or not.
• As soon as the problem was resolved, the relevant
authorities updated the situation.
• The departmental head and the general public may
both see the current status of complaint.
• Each month's records were shown graphically and
were visible to everyone.

• More efficient and user-friendly.

• Data collection and analysis.

FUTURE ENHANCEMENT :
• Voice Recognition : Enable voice
recognition technology to allow users to
submit complaints through voice
commands , making it more accessible for
individuals with limited typing skills or
disabilities.
• Feedback Mechanisms : Create feedback loops that allow
citizens to rate the effectiveness of the resolution process and
provide feedback on the quality of services provided.
CONCLUSION :
• In a few words, public grievances mobile applications represent
a transformative tool for citizens to engage with government ,
offering convenience , transparency and potential for ongoing
improvement in governance and public services.
