Type Mapping recognizes that we do not exist in isolation
– we live and breathe in a system or network of interactions.
It has extended Jung’s ideas to map four important
domains – personal preferences, contextual challenge,
current behavior and personal aspirations. Type Mapping
provides a way to chart the important elements that contribute
to personal performance, and team and organizational
performance, using a powerful and integrated model.
It effectively becomes a process in which each intervention
builds on what went before, thus maximizing and extending
learning over time.
This course does much more than teach you to use a single
questionnaire; it helps to bring the whole approach alive
and will assist you in applying Psychological Type to the
broader issues of motivation and self-development, as well
as its implications for work and team issues – the basis of
‘Type Mapping’. You will learn approaches and techniques
which link theory to practice and use different ‘lenses’
such as Learning Styles, Life Functions, Team Roles and
Temperament. You will also obtain access to online and
paper based Type assessments and a suite of easy-to-use
computer generated reports.

Selecting the right person for the job is a basic task for any organisation. Getting it wrong can be costly – on recruitment, promotion or even selection for redundancy. An objective and appropriate methodology for assessment improves decision-making, reduces risk and increases confidence in the selection process.
Collinson Grant has been using various forms of psychometric assessments to support clients for more than 30 years. This document describes how we go about organising group and individual assessments, their objectives and content, and the benefits.

The Careers Feedback Report can help decision makers gain an insight into a candidate's preferences, style of learning and which vocations may be best suited to their interests. The results are intended to help guide decision makers towards potential careers, occupations or educational programmes that the candidate might enjoy rather than providing a prescription of what the candidate should be doing.
This report has been generated based upon the test candidate's responses to the 'identity' questionnaire i.e. it is a 'self-perception' report. It is important to keep in mind that the report measures the candidate's preferences, not their skills or abilities.

Once you think your company is compliant with all policies and procedures documented and in place, there’s a new or amended law, regulation, or final rule that pops up landing you back at ‘start.’ There are shifts, interpretations, and balancing acts to understanding compliance changes. Keeping up is not easy and it’s very time consuming.
This is a particular pain point for small HR departments, or HR departments of 1, that lack compliance teams and in-house labor attorneys. So, what do you do?
The goal of this webinar is to make you smarter in knowing what you should be focused on and the questions you should be asking. It will also provide you with resources for making compliance more manageable.
Objectives:
• Understand the regulatory landscape, including labor laws at the local, state, and federal levels
• Best practices for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective compliance programs
• Resources and strategies for staying informed about changes to labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Watch this expert-led webinar to learn effective tactics that high-volume hiring teams can use right now to attract top talent into their pipeline faster.

Prior to thecourse, delegates will be askedto completesomepre-coursework.Thereis no pre-coursework for Level
1 but delegates are advised to view our complimentary training videos.Level 2 Ability delegates are required to read
a short manual, taking around 90 minutes or less. Level 2 Personality delegates are required to read a short manual,
again taking around 90 minutes. In addition to this, Level 2 Personality delegates must view videos on the
interpretation of theIdentity Self-PerceptionQuestionnaireandcompleteaquiz.This can beexpectedtotakearound
3 hours. As soon as we receive payment from delegates, they are given immediate access to our Online Learning
Centre. We therefore advise delegates to sign up for their course as far in advance as possible to give them as much
time as possible to utilize all Learning Centre resources. This will ensure the best learning experience. The Learning
Centrecomprises trainingvideos,recordedlessons, quizzes, courseworkbooks andmanuals.
For those attending our face-to-face training there will be work to do on each evening of the course. This can be
minimized by doing more learning prior to the actual training sessions. We estimate the work for each evening to
be around1-2 hours dependingon yourlearningspeed. However, on Day Four of your course, pleaseallowadditional
time for evening work of up to 3 hours. You may not need this amount of time, but please allow for it to be safe!
Post-course work includes completion of the course workbook, along with additional personality assessment
administration and feedback for Level 2 Personality. The actual amount of work will depend on how much time you
devotedtothe workbook duringthecourse. On average, you shouldexpect your post-coursework for thecombined
Level 1 & 2 Ability and Personality course to take up to 2 days, whilst for those attending only Level 2 Ability or only
Level 2 Personality, this will take up to a day. The more preparation delegates do before the course and the more
they are able to apply themselves during the course, the less post-course work will need to be done!
A few UK vendors offer this certification in a shorter “Express” course. Our experience is that this requires
significantly more pre-and post-course work and leads to delegates feeling significantly more pressure during the
course– guaranteed!
