PROBLEM STATEMENT
 The interviewed is finding ways to improve his
communications skills & problem solving skills that
he considers a hindrance.

 Talk to people – Talk to all kinds of people you meet
graciously and gently so that you could focus on
improving oral communication and building lasting
relationship with them that would be the proof of a
well spoken communication/conversation.

 The proposed prototypes as discussed with the interviewee were
all well received. He feels that this is the most practical and
involves no cost in up skilling with better communication.

