CONSTITUTION AND CURRENT CRIMINAL LAW

• It is imperative that in Honduras special attention be paid to the serious situation of
risk to the lives of women who engage in sex work, as well as due care for the living
conditions of sex workers and the exercise of their activity, it is essential a law that
regulates this practice can reduce stigma and discrimination or the violation of
human rights.
