2. COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course, designed for practitioners, combines didactic inputs,
demonstrations and hands-on, for the participants to be able to
acquire (or augment) the necessary knowledge of the principles,
and skills in rendering denture services for patients. The integrated
CD & RPD course may be concise, but the instructional & training
strategies ensure comprehensiveness of learning.
PART ONE: COMPLETE DENTURES SERVICE
Day 1: Patient work-up, custom trays, final impressions, TBP and
wax rims
Day 2: OCR, Facebow Registration and Transfer, Articulators
Day 3: The Anterior Teeth Set-up, Protrusive Recording &
Transfer
Day 4: The Posterior Teeth Set-up, Occlusion and Articulation
Troubleshooting of patient's complaints and other
problems
PART TWO: RPD SERVICE
