How to Start your Cold Market Recruiting Process
There are various types of Markets that you engage with when
you recruiting for your Network Marketing Business
These are:
Hot Market
Warm Market
Cold Market
Definition: Cold Market Prospecting is simply
talking to someone you do not know (Cold Market) and finding out if there is
need for your product or service. You need
to have the mindset that you have the answer (your network marketing business)
to whatever problem they tell you about.
3. These are 5 Steps to Cold Market Prospecting:
Step 1: In Order for your market to know you are
looking you need to post on platforms.
These platforms can be Social Media, Whatsapp,
Instagram ,videos etc.

4. Step 2: Send them an Acknowledgement and ask for their
number:

me your number so that I can add you to my whatsapp.

Simple, Quick and getting to the point,
The issue is to get them into your personal space, when you
can create a relationship and send the presentation. Particulary into your
whatsapp or a group.
Tip: If you feel you are not yet confident to present, Get onto a 3-way call with your Leader.
Step 2- Gather the Contacts.

Once you make contact with them, Advise them that it’s a business
opportunity, Ask them if you Can send them the presentation,
Example: Hi Leader, (this is generic message that you can send to all your prospects)

Thank you for responding to my post on FB, You wanted more
information, Please see below.
Then forward them the info… (This is the same information that I sent to you when you
requested info)…
TIP: Never Ever come across as desperate- DONT BEG!
Always offer a Way out..

Sometimes for their own reasons they are not ready, ITS NOT

Once you sent the info,
Either it be a video, presentation, infographic etc.
These are your TOOLS.
Keep your Tools in a tool box.
For example a folder on your phone, computer even a file if you do offline
presentations.
Make sure that its easily accessible so that you can get to it quickly.
Remember: Prospects like to get the information within the 1st
1-3 hours
this is considered the golden hours.
Once you send it to them, give it 24hrs before you do your 1st
FOLLOW UP.
Step 4- Use your Tools
7. When you do the follow up.
Use the following script:
Hi ……. (Name)

I have sent you the presentation:
TELL ME WHAT DID YOU LIKE ABOUT WHAT YOU SAW!
When they tell you, I liked the…… ( Cars, Holidays, etc)
YOU RESPOND... SOUNDS LIKE YOU READY TO GET STARTED...
When they Respond... YES...
Ask them if they have any final questions...
IF NOT, Take them through the process of signing up.
If they say NO... Ask For a Referral.
Step 5- the Fortune is in the FOLLOW UP.
8. When your Prospect/Recruit says NO. ( REJECTION IS PART OF THE PROCESS )
Remember the Prospect might not be Ready,
They might not Understand
It Might not be the right time for them...
YOU KEEP GOING, DONT FORGET WHY YOU STARTED IN THIS BUSINESS.
DONT MAKE IT ABOUT YOU... When you take the rejection personal, you will feel like you want to stop,
DONT.. Keep Going!!!
When they dont RESPOND..
FOLLOW UP. The psychology of selling notes that people need to see a product/presentation at least 15- 20 times
before they make a decision..
So if you are not consistent in your posting/advertising, they Will join the team,
they just wont join YOU...
Do not worry about what every one else is doing,
Perfect your Technique, learn Skills and teach your team
CONSISTENTCY IS THE ONLY CURRENCY THAT PAYS IN NETWORK MARKETING...

9. How Often Should I follow Up:1.
Ensure that you note the date when you spoke to them
for E.g Save the contact in your phone as

This helps to remind you when you spoke to them and also when they asked about the info.
You need to follow up with your prospects at least/twice once a week,
Example: if you spoke to someone 10 May 2020 you need to follow up with them this week..
if you spoke to someone in April you need to follow up with them by the end of April and in May
There after do it after every 2/3 weeks. then 2/3 months. ( Until they die or say No)
2. What if they Say NO. ( THEY WILL SAY NO)
Understand and accept that NOT everyone sees your business opportunity as the GOLDEN GOOSE.
KEEP YOUR POSTURE!
Thank them for their time, and ask for a referral.
you could be brave and request if there is a specific reason why they are saying NO.
they can say, they not ready, they dont understand or they dont want to join a MLM...
If you have a script, then use it. If not... Move on.
Tip: Have a Day to follow Up. this will help you to keep your sales funnel flowing with constant contacts, and
lets them see your consistency... FOLLOW UP MONDAY, FOLLOW UP FRIDAY.. ETC..
