maintain your membership at Hacienda.
This is the minimum amount of money
you must spend at the club on food and
beverages each quarter.
There are currently 14 Proprietary
Memberships available.
This is a one time fee that is paid at
the beginning of your membership.
Hidden in a beautiful canyon of La Habra
Heights, California, Hacienda Golf Club is
your perfect home away from home. Next
to a Spanish style clubhouse lies a beauti-
ful 1920s style championship golf course,
the hub of all golf activity at the club. If
you would like to become part of our fam-
ily of avid golf members, and access all
the Club has to offer, then a proprietary
membership is right for you. Proprietary
Members hold a non-exclusive license to
use all of the facilities of the Club. This
membership is an equity, and voting
membership. Proprietary members shall
have all rights afforded statutory mem-
bers under applicable law. If the Club is
dissolved, Proprietary Members shall re-
ceive a pro rata distribution of all assets,
exclusive of those held in charitable trust,
remaining after payment or provision for
payment of obligations and debts of the
Club and provision for any other payment
required under applicable law. A Member-
ship may be held by only one person.
Memberships are personal to the holders
thereof and may not be assigned or trans-
ferred.
At the request of any Proprietary
Member, and subject to such Mem-
ber’s continuing consent, the spouse,
of such Member and the unmarried
children and stepchildren of such
Member and spouse under the age of
25 shall be permitted to use all facili-
ties of the Club upon such terms and
conditions as the Board shall prescribe
in accordance with the Bylaws and
Regulations of the Club. A Proprietary
Membership gives you access to all
club tournaments, tee time benefits,
and Championship Collection recipro-
cal privileges and club governance
privileges. Additionally, any guest may
play up to 24 annual rounds at the
posted green fee.
This fee is used to contribute to club
operating capital.
