For flooring, it specifies vinyl tiles and non-slip vinyl sheets for different areas. Doors are to be fire rated self-closing doors according to site plans and schedules. Walls and ceilings are to be painted white or off-white. Drainage includes waste pipes and soil stacks connected to existing drainage. Miscellaneous items like cables and pipes within ceilings are also to be painted white.

40mm pvc wastes to sink with 40mm trap and 75mm seal and rodding eyes at bends with a
minimum slope of 18mm/m.
32mm pvc bottle traps & waste pipes connected to new 100mm pipework. New soil stack taken
into 100mm VC subsoil drainage & connected to existing foul drain to rear.
100mm proprietary UPVC above ground soil pipe installation connected to existing rest bend.
Marley or equivalent all installed in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
