- #4 As for my significance of the study
- #6 I will make use of descriptive causal comparative research design. Descriptive because I want to describe the characteristics of the administrators in terms of leadership. Causal comparative in order to compare the administrators based on age, sex, educational attainment and length of service.
- #7 Weighted mean will be used to compute for the leadership style of the administrators of the different chapters. Standard variation will be used to measure the amount of variability of the weighted mean.
- #8 T-test will be used for sex. For age, educational attainment, and length of service, the researcher will use the non-parametric equivalent of t-test which is Mann-Whitney U test.
- #9 Limitations- Through this study, we will be able to appreciate the leadership styles and when to apply it according to the situation that will arise, or in another words, leadership does not need to be gorgeous, it has to be effective so we can say that we are utilizing it appropriately Thank you.
