Utilize drivers and turn barriers into opportunities
Main Goal:
Address the negative stereotype that UP students are
atheists/ non-believers
Plan of action
Each religious organization must strengthen their
own ministries
e.g. promote individual discipleship
Joint activities to promote “faith” not “religion”
Service activities/ missions (in and out UP)
Prayer drop boxes
Institutionalize faith circles
Evaluation measures
Growth in the number of religious organizations
Number of participants in the services and activities
Number of prayer requests

  • 2. Barriers affecting the propagation of faith Diverse beliefs/religions of the UP community Non-believer stereotype of UP students UP culture
  • 3. Drivers in the propagation of faith Presence of religious organizations Initiative of the UP administration (e.g. SRO) Spiritual needs of students
  • 4. Propagation of faith in UP Baguio General strategy: Utilize drivers and turn barriers into opportunities Main Goal: Address the negative stereotype that UP students are atheists/ non-believers
  • 5. Plan of action Each religious organization must strengthen their own ministries e.g. promote individual discipleship Joint activities to promote “faith” not “religion” Service activities/ missions (in and out UP) Prayer drop boxes Institutionalize faith circles
  • 6. Evaluation measures Growth in the number of religious organizations Number of participants in the services and activities Number of prayer requests
