Daniel Giberti
Warehouse Lead
South Boston, MA
Daniel Giberti will be promoted to the
position of Warehouse Lead-2nd Shift,
effective June 2014.
Daniel started working at Cintas as a
shredding specialist in July 2010. During
his first summer, the plant consisted of
four (4) partners and was on the brink of
some big changes. Dan came in everyday
ready to help sort pharmacy bags or paper
on the pit. His hard work, dedication, and
strong sense of urgency contributed to our
SWL output going from two (2) loads a
month to ten (10); setting a sorting record
of over 70%.

2. Promotion Announcement
During school, Dan would shift to afternoons where he would assist our
Service Team with sorting while they unloaded. When we needed to run a
late shift, or work on a Saturday, Dan could be counted to volunteer. His
efforts earned him a “Partner of the Month” award in May of 2013.
In June of 2013, Dan was promoted into Service where he stayed for the
summer. He assisted our Service Team as a helper, and transitioned into the
office upon returning to school.
Dan has had the opportunity to contribute to every department at Location
G13. His experiences at Cintas make him an ideal choice to assist in
developing our plant partners, while exceeding our production goals.
It is with great pride and excitement, that we welcome Dan back into the
plant as a Lead Shredding Specialist.
In May 2014, Dan graduated from Bridgewater State University, earning a
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
