location in our Air Import department as a supervisor.
Rafal Rapacz worked under my direct supervision at DHL Global Forwarding for a period of 4
years. During that period, I had great pleasure of seeing him provide outstanding service to our
customers. Rafal, was very instrumental in developing a new centralized dispatching center
which contributed significant savings for our company. You’ll find he is a very quick learner, no
non-sense type of person who is driven to succeed.
Rafal is a hard-working self-starter who invariably understands exactly what a project is all about
from the outset, and how to get it done quickly and effectively. During his four years in our Air
Import department he has never missed a deadline. He often brought projects in below budget,
and a few were even completed ahead of schedule.
Two years ago, when Mr. Rafal announced his resignation to take up a new position with another
company, we were saddened to him leave, although we wished him the greatest success in his
new undertaking. Even now, four years after his departure, I can state that his presence, both as a
person and an exemplary employee, is still missed here.
