2009 Scorecard Screensaver : The 2009 Scorecard screensaver, which plays on all the company computers, needed to be updated and also “toned down” because the flashing transitions made lab animals hostile. Purple Pinnacle Incentive Program :   In order to create excitement around increasing the market share for NEXIUM, we developed a new Sales Incentive program called ‘The Purple Pinnacle’. The project included: Logo development 45-second Flash animation HTML email blast Designs for multiple large-format window clings Art for specialty items A second animation optimized for large format The animation was deployed through HTML emails for several uarters and also shown on a large screen during Sales Meetings. GUI GUI:  We designed a Flash-based graphical user interface to create consistency in navigation and user interface. General training has the corporate look, while 7 products each have their own branding incorporated into the GUI for brand-specific training. A functional prototype module was also created for usability testing and to serve as a guide for subsequent development. View project online AstraZeneca
HCP detailing Sales Tool:  The Core Visaid for the FluMist was converted to a Flash-based format for incorporation into the sales detailing tool. We provided a storyboard and pdfs of each screen for regularoy and then the final Flash animation. View project online AstraZeneca
Banner ad Banner ad:  A customized message based on local access data was incorporated into a simple signature screen in the form of a banner ad for Symbicort for use in reminder messages. View project online AstraZeneca
Animation Flash:  We used humor and a story to help combat resistance against using a computer detailing system, by creating an animation that describes the system and educates the sales team on the ‘big picture’ of benefits in using the project. We wrote the script, created a storyboard for approval, illustrated, recorded voiceovers, animated and compiled the finished product. AstraZeneca View project  online
Ad ordering site Ad website:  We designed and maintain a website that lets the field reps choose the pre-approved ad they want and enter a credit card or PO for payment.  We then resize the ad if necessary and send files to the publication. A link to this site resides on the AstraZeneca intranet. We generate and deliver a monthly report so that ads can be tracked. Communication Website:  A local church came to us looking for a new website that would reflect their joy and exuberance, that they could update partly on their own, and that they could add on to as they afford it. Convention Displays and booth draw:   For an antipsychotic drug, we designed panels for a convention and an interactive booth draw that consisted of an ‘Iwall”. The Iwall worked by sliding a syncopated interactive panel along it and when it tracked over a graphic, activated the animation, which morphed to a video of a real patient talking about their experience.
