I help people decide what to design, and how to design it using a user-centered approach. I help define content, form, and functionality; conduct research, develop and test prototypes, plan and organize information and interactions, direct visual and UI design efforts for digital products, services, interfaces, and communications. I have deep experience working with development teams to design consumer and B2B applications, and with communicators to design campaigns, interactions, and publications, many in higher ed.
