10. Delivery
Delivery
• Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer. Seller will use its
discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of delivery.
• Information related to the Tracking number of Product(s) passes to the Customer on the date
when the Product(s) is/are dispatched by Seller to the carrier.
• Any dates quoted by Seller for the delivery of Product(s) are estimates only and shall not form part
of the contract. Seller aims to deliver promptly, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to
unforeseen factors. Seller shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the
Product(s) within the estimated delivery time.
• Seller will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other
regulations that apply in during the delivery. It is the responsibility of Customer to pay the charges
levied by the authorities.

11. Return Policy
• Goods will not be returned for credit in any case even if damaged in transit as the
goods will be tested properly and send through Air or Land as per the location and will
be send in the perfect conditions and once received by the customer even in
damaged condition then company will not be liable for any sort of loss to the
customer, To remain free from damage please arrange for the suitable insurance
cover for the products purchased.
• Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging
is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or
tampered, request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform Mxsmotosport at the
earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by Mxsmotosport
depending on the nature and category of the product.
