This document discusses the "WESKA" project which aims to provide business education and aesthetic education to young rural women and girls from low-income families and orphanages. It outlines several problems these groups face such as lack of money, emotional problems, social isolation, and depression. The project offers part-time and online education programs. It has started holding courses in Minsk and received positive feedback from initial participants. The project organizers are seeking assistance with international funding opportunities, publication materials, psychological support, and venue space as it continues developing.
