7. ABSTRACT
With the advancement of many vehicle manufacturing companies and owning a vehicle
specially the four-wheelers is now, just more of an opinion. In making consumer friendly cars,
security often takes the back seat and the car lifters exploit this drawback of manufacture. Only
the luxury cars are well equipped with the latest security measures as the security options at
their disposal are using GPS (Global Positioning System), which are costly and require monthly
fee too. So, the consumer friendly cars end up owning very basic ammunition to protect from
any sort of intrusion. This limitation of the present day can be overcome by this project of ours,
which is very cost-effective as it uses GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication).
