2. Project overview statement (POS)
•Project name : Establishment of a feed factory.
•Project manager :Hussein.I.Al-Fitouri

3. Problemopportunity:
•The reason for the huge demand for poultry
feed is due to the large number of poultry
farms , which are more widespread in rural
area.

4. Project goal :
•The poultry feed production project
aims to provide high-quality feed for
all workers in the field of poultry
farming.

5. Project objectives
•Establishing a factory for animal feed cubes.
•Search for an alternative source of nutrition during the
drought period.
•Helps provide a number of job opportunities for young
people.
•Supporting ordinary farmers with limited resources.
•Providing cheap feed.

6. Success criteria :
•Providing balanced and healthy feed.
•Improving production performance.
•Providing a high-tech industrial environment To
produce feed efficiently and with high quality.
•Good marketing for the project.
