1. Project idea
The project idea came from the importance of food security to egg in Palestine by finding the core of the
subject of effective partnership between domestic and foreign firms and Palestinian farmer and feed mills
for the development of the agricultural sector of the food industry system.
The idea stems from the aspirations of the golden egg company for trade and marketing in the
agricultural sector development General Manager Khaled Abu Leil through:
Business proposal for partnerships between:
1-Golden Egg Company
2. Marketing company (proposal created)
3. Foreign investors and local companies (suggested they enter with us company)
The three parties of the above firms be within the golden egg company for trade and marketing quotas
are determined (local and foreign partnership development).
Marketing company: this company is established with shareholders from farmers who own hens and farms
actually be numbered (6-3) as the beginning and the golden egg with them as an essential partner to
share is selected.
GENERAL PLAN :
We propose to proceed as follows :
1. Established of a closed multi layer chick egg incubator system that has the capacity of 50,000
chicks.
2. Establishment of an egg farm that has similar capacity-50,000
3. Refrigerated vans for egg transportation from our egg farm and to to all West Bank
governorates by employing water sterilisation technique, to ensure free bacterial contamination.
4. Egg sorting and stamping facility stations that have the capacity of (1500-2000) capacity
cartoons automatic sorting with steam sterilisation against bacterial contamination during egg
transportation.
5. Plastic moulding cartoon equipment for egg holding.
6.Egg yolk and white separation breaking machine equiiped with vacuum sealing and bacterial
sterilisation features.
7. Laboratory set up for periodic testing and monitoring egg quality.
8. Machine Making Egg Powder
9. Factor of feed for 8 tons per hour .
The goals of partnership :-
Within the three phases of the General plan of the Proceed : preliminary plans and future plan and
strategy plan.

2. The initial plan :-
Depend on the initial integration of production and marketing process through three companies through:
1 - Established of a closed system cage chicken egg farm full automatic that has the capacity of
50,000 chicken .
2 - Enter an existing feed factory or as a partner in the company and develop marketing
3 - Activate Our Egg sorting and stamping facility stations MOBA Machine that have the capacity of
700 cartons per hour
4 - Refrigerated vans for egg transportation from our egg farm and to to all West Bank
governorates by employing water sterilisation technique, to ensure free bacterial contamination - -
Marketed to the domestic market through marketing company.
Future plan :-
Entry of foreign and domestic investors in the company of the golden egg company for the first year or
two of work:
1 -By seeing new investors and by the thought that they have to promote this sector in Palestine:
2 - Established of a closed multi layer chick egg incubator system that has the capacity of 50,000
chicks.
3. Establishment of an egg farm that has similar capacity-50,000
4- Egg sorting and stamping facility stations that have the capacity of (1500-2000) capacity

6-Buy a machine to separate the yolk from the white and placed in special containers
7-Buy egg drying machine and turning it into powder and marketed locally and abroad.
8 -Development of forage plant that best suits the needs of internal and external to the company.
9 -Create a laboratory sample is examined periodically to feed, eggs and gravy to ensure best results.
Strategic plan:-
1-To activate the compulsory education (30 year 2011) on the marketing of eggs in Palestine.
2-Double the number of hens farms within the closed system farm for (200,000) chicken egg
3-Sale of good farm feed and collection of eggs for feed thereby annexing the largest number of farms to
company golden egg marketing company (tacit partnership) and increase sales at competitive and reduce
competition in the local market
4-Powder export of egg and egg yolk and especially during Ramadan, a period of low prices table eggs
5-Exporting table eggs to Arabic countries by international standards, especially when you activate the
container transport at border crossings.
6-Buy a carton and marketed for laying hens in particular those dealing with feed for eggs.
7-The development of incubators for chicks hens primary source of chickens in Palestine, under the
supervision of an agricultural health and competitive prices
8-Working on access to turkeys sector through incubators with our feed factory.

3. -These future plans and strategy commensurate with the aspirations of vision the golden egg by its
Director General Mr Khaled Abu Leil and Foreign investors to advance this vital sector and economy
through sterilization by water to reduce bacteria to egg before feathering, and fill out the theme as well as
through control of feed ingredients and components reflected by egg taste.
