This document provides information for Project 3 of the Culture & Civilization course. It consists of a web book and exhibition. Students must choose a site route related to a generated theme and concept to document through a 20-page web book with annotations and descriptions. The web book must include a map of the route. For the exhibition, students will print 5 photos related to the theme and create pamphlets or packaging to further explain the theme. The goal is for students to demonstrate research and documentation skills while capturing the essence of culture and civilization along their chosen route.

Objectives
• To capture the essence of culture and civilization in the chosen site route
• To generate a theme and concept suitable for the chosen site route
Learning Outcome
1. Able to recall the development of human civilization in the past as well as present.
2. Able to demonstrate good research and documentation skills and enhance creativity through the
representation of postcard series
Task
Part I: You are to come up with a site route to identify the chosen route. This route has to be related to the
theme and concept that has been generated and advised by the tutor. The final outcome for this project would
be a web book. You are also required to research on web book designs to aid you in the final project
Part II: An exhibition would be held in relation to this project and students are to print 5 best photos (A4) as part
of their individual exhibition. Pamphlets/packaging relating to the theme may be produced to further support this
exhibition.
2. Submission Requirement
Part I: A 20 pages web book complete with annotations and description of the chosen theme & concept. A
map/route of the chosen location must be included as part of the introduction to the web book
