TOP UNIVERSITY. THIS TEAM WILL ALSO LOOK FOR EVIDENCE OF OTHER
ACHIEVEMENTS, SUCH AS EXPERIENCE COMPETING IN OLYMPIAD
COMPETITIONS, OPEN SOURCE CONTRIBUTIONS AND CODING
COMPETITIONS.
 EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING SYSTEMS IN C++/PYTHON, PREFERABLY WITHIN A
HIGH-FREQUENCY TRADING ENVIRONMENT ALTHOUGH NON-ESSENTIAL

3. Data manager
Salary Range 70K-100K
 Understanding of project management or business analyst experience
within the Capital Markets, preferably in Credit Risk management.
 Any potential candidate will have a strong technical background with
expertise and hands-on experience with relational database concepts, data
warehousing, ETL processes, and metadata.
 Must have experience working with large datasets and process re-
engineering. In addition you will need to have knowledge and experience

expertise building systems from start to finish.
 Exceptional academics from a top school in - Computer Science,
Mathematics, Physics or an Engineering degree from a top university. This
team will also look for evidence of other achievements, such as experience
competing in Olympiad competitions, open source contributions or maybe
coding competitions.
 Evidence of building systems – ideally in C++, Python.
 Strong understanding in algorithms and basic mathematics, as this role will
sit within a team of Quant Researchers and Traders

Analyst
Salary Range 75k-150K

7. Technical Business Analyst
Salary Range 80K-140K
 Experience with markup and scripting languages, particularly HTML, XML,
XBRL, Python, and exposure to SQL.
 Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) and the ability to take data from
numerous, disparate data sources to extract and transform it into
meaningful and actionable information.
 Prior experience with web crawling technologies is a plus.
 Familiarity with project management, business/process analysis techniques
