Prior to this, he worked as a Service Engineer at a gas conversion center and as a Technician at a medical equipment manufacturer. Hari has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Computer Applications, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He has undergone several training programs focused on warranty management at Tata Motors.
