OfficeOptions.in is a boutique consulting firm dealing in all segments of commercial real estate.
Starting from, Advisory  Investments  Interiors, we have slowly forward integrated in the value
chain of commercial real estate. Established in 2008 we have transacted more than 1 million sq.ft. of
leasing transactions, $150 million worth of sales transactions and more than 0.7 million sq.ft. of
interior fit-outs.
In partnership with Megas Architectural Services Pvt. Ltd., the last 36 months have seen us design &
build around 200,000 sq.ft. office space at multiple locations - Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad. Our in-
house capabilities as well as strategic alliances with industry experts have helped us deliver the best
designs & functional offices to our esteemed clients.

Amit Ahuja, Managing Partner
 20+ years of experience in operating different business in the field of Information Technology, Textiles, Real
Estate & now Interiors. Abreast of his field and possesses in-depth knowledge of Business Management,
Finance and Customer Relationship, he is a key strategist with a vision and strong business acumen to
formulate short term and long term goals for the organization.
Kunal Agrawal, Managing Partner
 A management graduate from a prestigious B school, he is the core person for Client relationship and
operational excellence. His expertise embraces strong skills in client interface, planning, scheduling, monitoring
thus controlling the key activities of the projects and deals. He is a thorough professional and plays an
important role in client relationship management. His strong analytical skills with practical knowledge and
experience ensures that the client requirements are met.
Rizwan Nakhwa, Director – Principal Architect
 He leads the design & execution team, a group of highly creative people responsible to churn out innovative out
of the box concepts in and out and materialize the same in form, texture and colour. In his 20 years experience
he has been engaged in delivering more than 2 million sq.ft. of office space for clients like Capgemini,
Accenture, Cipla, Gebbs, Technip, E-clerx, Sutherland & many more.
