Toner and Drum orders placed before 12pm
will be delivered the same day, Shelf toner
will also be provided to avoid delays

ensure that all machines are installed and
that advanced training programmes will be
carried out with all employees

Training on Delivery
Training will be done on a one-to-one basis
with each employees designed as they key
operators
Duration: 30 minutes per user
Each user is to sign a Roster confirming they
have been trained and are well acquainted
with the product
Please note that this is a highly effective way
to educate the users in a more interactive
and rewarding manner. We have a great
track record of success with this process
Upon delivery of the units, Outsource Digital
employee’s will be available for one (1) week
to ensure that all machines are installed and
that advanced training programmes will be
carried out with all employees
Follow up Training
Thereafter an Outsource Employee will liaise
on a frequent basis for the remainder of the
contract, interacting with users, training new
employees and attending to any queries.

20. Warranty & Service Levels
Warranty
Duration : 60 Months
Dealer coverage: Initial 60 months, thereafter
for duration of service contract. The service
contract may be cancelled by either company
within Ninety days (90) Notice in writing.
Manufacturer Coverage: upon signing service
contracts 60 months. Claims however will be
investigated there is no warranty on products
that are damaged through negligence or
vandalism
General Service Parts: Covered under service
contract unless damaged through negligence or
vandalism.
Drum: Covered under service contract
Scheduled maintenance: Covered under
service contract
Transport: Covered under service contract
Maintenance Call: Service Levels
Response Time:
Service calls on Digital Copier Printers that are
logged will have a 4-5 hour turn around time for
service calls
Down Time Response:
Should a digital copier be down for longer than
72 hours (3 days) a alternative digital product
will be made available for immediate setup
