of varied experience in various industries viz. Pharmaceuticals, Wind Energy, Electrical
Components and Financial consultancy services. He is an all India Rank holder in both
Chartered Accountancy course and Company Secretary Course. He has worked as CFO
of Leitner Shriram Manufacturing Ltd. and Saravana Global Energy Limited. Prior to this,
he held the position of Vice President with Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
His strength lies in value creation for the organization by driving the growth perspectives
from Boardroom to strategic deployment, identifying appropriate enabling government
policies that suit the business needs viz. fiscal incentives, various subsidies & operational
incentives to derive value through precise execution.
As a CFO he arranged debt funding to the tune of 100 Million US dollars to cater to the
working capital needs of a growing organization. He has successfully managed various
service departments other than Finance and Accounts viz. Purchase, Stores, Human
Resource & Administration, Legal, Secretarial, Information Technology, EXIM, and
Logistics that helped gain appropriate insights. As a leader, he spearheaded and
successfully implemented SAP across the company. He was also a core team member

than 50 Million Euros) and also implemented Transfer pricing model for cross border
