Strategy, Fund Raising, M&A & Business Restructuring. Technically strong in Tax & Corporate Laws, INDAS, IFRS, USGAAP, SOX, IFC & DTAA.
Prior to his career in management consulting, he held senior management roles, including CFO with Surya Hospitals Group, Mercure Metals, Fortis
Healthcare and Al Faraโa Construction. Earlier, he also worked and held senior management position in corporate finance & accounts with Vodafone
India (Hutch), Tata Communication (VSNL), ACG Worldwide (Associated Capsules Group), Deccan Flora base & Mahadev Paper Corporation.

Software Development and Maintenance, System Integrators, Knowledge and Business Process Outsourcing, Data Centre, and Cloud Support.
Prior to his career in management consulting, he held senior management roles, including Head of Business Finance & FP&A with IBS Software, Fortis
Healthcare and Mphasis Ltd. He also held mid management position in finance with Choudhary Group, Magma Leasing, LIC Housing Finance.
MAYUR SHAH
CA (INDIA), B.COM
Over 20 years of post-qualification experience in Audit and Assurance, Risk Advisory & Taxation. Strong qualifications in tax planning and assessment,
direct & indirect tax compliance, internal audit and risk management. He brings extensive experience in due diligence, internal financial controls, policy and
process implementation, SOX/404, statutory and regulatory compliances, and taxation to his career.
Prior to his career in management consulting services, he worked for Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Sharp and Tannan Associates in Audit & Assurance.
