VMware Automation / VMware SPECIALIST
As a key member of American Enterprise virtual service (EVSS) team managing VMware vCenter
Orchestrator,vCloud Director and vCloud Automation Center. Currently I am deployed project to migrate
existing VM environment from 5.1 to 6.
Currently project is in four phase to upgrade AppDev, Lab and prod environment. Currently we are in
phase and we are upgrading our AppDev from 5.1 to 6. Currently we are in phase to design the
environment and will execute in environment next few months.
This environment is upgrading hardware also which his HP BL 460 G9. We are creating new environment
and will connect the existing DS and register the VM on downtime window.
Along with project we are managing existing Appdev and Lab environment which is include VMware ESXi
5.1, vCenter 5.1, vCops, VCAC and VCD.
1. VMware Cloud Deployment:
Bing part of the Team Member of EVSS (Enterprise Virtual Services) we have responsibility to
create or check for virtual environment.
 Deploy vfabric Data Director, vCloud Director, vShield Manager and vFabric App Director
in IDE environment.
 Create a mirror vCloud environment as prod named as AppDev for the Test and Dev.
Deploy all vCloud Components such as vfabric Data Director, vCloud Director, vShield
Manager and vFabric App Director
 Create Documentation for Prod environment and instruct to vendor to create the vCloud in
production environment.
2. Migrate existing VM environment from 5.1 to 6
This is new project to upgrade current environment from 5.1 to 6 in IDE Environment.
 Currently we are creating a new parallel environment as vSphere 6 and will migrate the
vm’s from old VC to New VC.
 Currently we are testing for IDE environment and based on result we will start deployment
for APPDEV and Prod Environment.
 Under this project we are refresh Hardware from HP BL 460 G7 to HP BL 460 G9.
