Present The whole crew which was four of us was punctual.

Minutes The meeting on the production went on for 15 minutes
We were talking about when we are going to start the filming and
looking for suitable location to film at and we went round certain places
that we already no but not looked at properly and eventually it turned
out great and straight away we put it in the location recce and
storyboards and we were happy with the location because it had a
suitable mood for the song.
