2.2 Procurement & Purchases Management Module:
Purchases are generally local or import. Depending on the production requirement a Raw Material Requisition will be raised by the planning department.
The Purchase Department will then process this requisition through the system.
From the requisition the purchase department will call the data and raise the Purchase Order. The goods would be received into the warehouse by a Material
Receipt Note. The costing and financial updating is done by the Purchase Invoice where the cost of the items and the additional costs are captured and the
landed cost of the items are calculated and posted in the relative ledgers and the inventory account.
