Prasad Shevate completed a 20-hour free course on privacy rights and the law offered through The Open University. The course examined how personal privacy is protected under UK law and how the European Convention on Human Rights has impacted these laws. It covered topics such as what constitutes privacy, conflicts between privacy and other rights, requirements for proving a breach of confidence, and circumstances where a confidence would not be protected. Upon completion, Prasad demonstrated the ability to analyze legal materials and develop arguments regarding privacy rights.
