Taylor suggested that scientific 
selection, training and development of 
workers and which is entrusted to a 
central personnel department.
Co- operation between labor and 
management 
There should be close cooperation 
between workers and management 
in order to achieve the best 
possible result
Maximum output 
The management and workers 
should try to achieve maximum 
output in place of restricted output.
Equal division of responsibility 
The responsibility of management and 
workers should be clearly defined. 
Management is responsible for planning 
and organizing. 
Workers are responsible for execution of 
the task.
