This document provides a summary of a presentation about game design, mechanics, and programming. It discusses using a simple and intuitive user interface with particle systems. It describes the gameplay as drag and release to conquer with clear objectives. Five unique AI strategies are implemented, along with 21 levels, upgrades, and a single experiment mode. The game was created with Starling, using object-oriented code with over 50 classes and interfaces in ActionScript 3. The mobile version supports BlackBerry Playbook, Android, and iOS.
