strane Ministarstva
prosvjete i sporta Crne

-2005. “PaMark”
postaje provajder
Zavoda za
zapošljavanje
Crne Gore
-2006. osnivamo Agenciju
za zapošljavanje.
-Funkcija agencije se
ogleda u praćenju, analizi
i istraživanju privrednih,
društvenih i drugih
kretanja, stanja
zapošljenosti i
nezapošljenosti.
-Cilj agencije je
smanjenje
nezapošljenosti putem
posredovanja izmedju
tražioca posla i
poslodavca.
-2007. osnivamo
Savjetovalište za
djecu, omladinu i
odrasle. Sprovodili
smo ankete i
organizovali
motivacione
programe, radionice
asertivnog treninga
sa omladinom.
- 2008 . Postajemo
partneri sa
Zavodom “Papilot”
iz Slovenije
-2009 započeli smo
procese izvodjenja
aktivne politike
zapošljavanja u
ssvim našimvim našim
centrima:
-Podgorici
-Baru
-Bijelom Polju i
-Beranama
Proces aktivne politike
zapošljavanja je uključivanje
nezapošljenih osoba u program
zapošljavanja i obuhvata
sljedeće programe:
1. Program “Uspjeću” koji je
namijenjen nezapošljenim
osobama, bez obzira na stručnu
kvalifikaciju, koje žele da
upoznaju tehnike i metode
aktivnog traženja posla i
uključe se na tržište rada.
-2009- od 512 polaznika
zapošljeno 163 (31,84%).
-2010- od 696 polaznika
zapošljeno 199 (28.59%).
-Prosječna starost polaznika
preko 40 godina

2. Program
“Virtuelno preduzeće”
je pokrenut sa obukom
mentora za V.P. Iz
čitave Crne Gore.
Program je namijenjen
svim nezapošljenim
licima, prvenstveno
omladini i pripravnicima.
-2010. osnivamo
prvu privatnu
Ustanovu u Crnoj
Gori ’’PaMark’’ za
profesionalnu
rehabilitaciju,
radnu i socijalnu
integraciju.
Program profesionalne
rehabilitacije je
namijenjen teže
zapošljivim osobama, sa
ciljem savladavanja
smetnji za uključivanje u
rad, te osposobljavanje
za ravnopravan,
ekonomski nezavisan
život i uključivanje na
tržište rada. Realizuje se
u skladu sa Zakonom o
profesionalnoj
rehabilitaciji i
zapošljavanju osoba sa
invaliditetom.
Podrazumijeva
interdisciplinarni
pristup, timski rad
domaćih i stranih
stručnjaka, što znači da
se prepliću i povezuju
stručni pristupi
psihološkog, socijalnog,
profesionalnog i
medicinskog tretmana.
Izvodi se modularno.
Takodje smo 2010.
dobili ISO standard
9001:2008 za sve
procese koji se
realizuju u
“PaMark”-u
 2010 – 2012.
 - Realizacija Projekta
 “MONTour” – novi pristupi
sprovodjenja prekvalifikacije iz
oblasti turizma u saradnji sa:
 - BEST institut za stručno
obrazovanje i lični trening, Beč –
Austria;
- - Zavod “Papilot” Slovenija
- - “PaMark” Podgorica
- - Vlada Crne Gore,
- Ministarstvo održivog razvoja i
turizma, Podgorica
- - Zavod za zapošljavanje Crne

2014. u fazi pripreme je projekat
osnivanja farme koza i proizvodnja
organske hrane u Bjelopavlićima,
edukacija lokalnog stanovništva -
prekvalifikacije, dokvalifikacije,
edukacija o zaštiti životne sredine,
razvoj seoskog turizma, sa ciljem
bržeg zapošljavanja i
samozapošljavanja.

Ministarstvo rada i soc.staranja,
Ministarstvo ekonomije, Centar za
stručno obrazovanje, Ministarstvo
