This document is a project report submitted by Gaurab Dutta for a Master's degree in business administration. The project examines customer satisfaction and loyalty for logistics services provided by DHL Express in India. The research aims to identify determinants of customer loyalty in relationships between logistics service providers and their customers, considering different relationship and cultural contexts. The starting point is a previous study on customer loyalty within logistics outsourcing relationships. The research will propose loyalty factors and analyze interdependencies to develop a comprehensive model of customer loyalty in this context.
