●   Teams and not Individuals
●   Mobile App ideas, concept or products can be at any
    stage
●   Must reflect novelty, innovation and creativity
●   End product must be directly related to mobile
    technology
●   Teams should take all responsibilities of their ideas
●   At least one team member has to be a Nepali citizen
    residing within Nepal
