1. To pay a fair return on their capital
investment
2. To ensure the safety of your investment
3. To provide clear and accurate information
• Worker and employees
1. To pay wages and salaries to workers
2. To provide service benefits like medical
facilities, retirement benefits.

education
Consumers:
1. To supply right quality and quantity of
goods at reasonable price
2. To ensure regulate supply of products.

 Green management:
Green management,
also known as environmental management, is
a business approach that aims to minimize
the environmental impact of a company’s
operations while improving its efficiency and
profitability.
Sustainability:
Sustainability is the
ability to meet the needs of the
present without compromising the
ability of future generations to
meet their own needs.

 Legal approach:
*Firm simply do what is legally required by obeying
laws, rules and regulations willingly and without legal
