Knives are versatile tools used for
cutting, slicing, and chopping
various food items in the kitchen.

knives serve specific purposes,

FILLETING KNIVES
Filleting knives are design
specially for the presice task of
filleting fish. Their key function
includes
Filleting, Precision Cutting,
Deboning, Slicing, Trimming Sea
food preparation, and many other
more.
SCISSORS
Scissors can be used for various tasks
when preparing and cooking fish. They are
handy for trimming fins, cutting through
small bones, and snipping away excess skin
or scales. Additionally, scissors provide
control and precision, making them useful
for delicate tasks in fish preparation.
DESCALER OR SCALERS
Scalers in food preparation are tools designed
to remove scales from fish. They typically
feature a serrated edge or specialized teeth
that efficiently scrape off scales, ensuring the
fish is clean and ready for cooking. Using a
scaler helps maintain the fish's texture and
flavor by eliminating unwanted scales before
cooking.
SALTING EQUIPMENT
Salting equipment typically refers to tools or devices used in
the process of salting food for preservation or flavor
enhancement. This can include items like salt shakers, brining
containers, or specialized equipment for curing and preserving
meats or fish with salt. The specific equipment may vary
depending on the type of salting or curing process being used.

WOODEN SHOVEL OR SPADE

is typically flat and wide, with a long handle.
Wooden shovels are commonly used for stirring,
flipping, and serving food. They are particularly
useful when cooking in non-stick pans or on
delicate surfaces, as they do not scratch or
