Sacramento, California, on April 30, 1954,
by Sherwood "Shakey" Johnson and Ed

purchased Dominick's, a small pizza store in Ypsilanti,
Michigan. In 1965, Monaghan renamed the business
Domino's Pizza, Inc. In 1967, the first Domino's Pizza

in 1951 by Robert O. Peterson in San Digeo,

Guasace, Sinaloa, Mexico, in 1975. By 1979,
