DR.HATEM ELBITAR HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT
• A physical therapy center whose owner is a
physical therapist with a license from the
Ministry of Health. It is a private, non-
governmental center based on profit. The
center’s employees are physical therapy doctors
who specialize in the field of physical therapy for
the specializations of peditric, orthopidic, and
neurolgical of Physical therapy.
1- The center is located in a ground floor building on a main
street close to all clinics and other specialties. It consists of 10
rooms, an evaluation room, a room for evaluating
physiological measurements, two rooms for children, two
rooms for rehabilitation of neurological cases, two rooms for
orthopedic cases, two rooms for slimming, and a nutrition
unit. The center has all types of assistance from the entrance
to the center to receive the patient. To the patient's bed, it has
all the departments for physical therapy, and it has the latest
devices such as Shock Wave, Ultrasonic 3 MH and 1 MH,
Magnetic stimulating device, vertebrae tightening bed device,
multi-current device, standard devices for posture, flat feet,
and muscle mapping, the standard Isokinetic device for
muscle strength, a stereotactic walking muscle analysis
device, and cavitation and cryo devices for the nutrition room.

2- The director of the specialist center for physical therapy,
who is the owner of the center and the person in charge of its
management, who draws up the work plan, directs the staff
in charge, sets goals for the center, sets the necessary
regulations and laws to carry out the evaluation and develops
a treatment plan for patients to be carried out and
implemented by all the specialists or trainees, who carries out
the work of the sessions and his role is to monitor and follow
up with the staff at the center. Encouraging workers to
increase efficiency and production in order to increase the
quality of health service for patients
3- The lower administrative levels are those responsible for
implementing the tasks from the upper management, which
is the center director, such as the center’s workers, including
assistant workers, specialists, physical therapy practitioners,
and nurses, in turn, to implement what the center director
and technical roles say about the tasks to serve the patient
and to adhere to the regulations and laws that the upper
management refers to in terms of reward and punishment
for workers for Depending on attendance, departure, and
required working hours
4- Implementing the regulations and laws in accordance with the
instructions of the center director. The senior management must evaluate
and develop a treatment plan of therapeutic methods for the patient to be
implemented by the specialist responsible for implementing the treatment
plan, including devices and manual therapy, and distributing roles from
oldest to youngest, according to the expertise of the specialist before the
practitioner, and always working on training from Senior specialists to train
the younger ones in the work, after which the session is held and direct
dealing with the patient and he is responsible like the specialist. He begins
to teach the younger ones and those with less work experience and
constant training on everything new in physical therapy to increase
scientific and practical efficiency in a way that benefits the work and the
organization to instil loyalty and their love for work with encouragement
from senior management. To increase efficiency, increase production, and
increase profit for the center

• The first stage is to increase the number of patients visiting the center due to the
spread of the center’s name and recognition of the code name and type of service
without profit.
• The second stage is the stage of growth, an increase in cases, good management
in arranging the entry of cases, creating a work schedule for the specialists in the
center, determining working hours, regularity, high quality, high level of service
to the patient, correcting any errors in the work, regular time and work
schedules, including delays in equipment maintenance and other things,
increased publicity and increased relations with doctors. To transfer cases to the
center
• The third stage is the stage of development and reaching professionalism in
work, avoiding mistakes and speed of reading at work, with the highest efficiency
in work and organization in the center, and it remains in the highest ranks of
competition from the rest of the competitors of physical therapy centers, and
high quality in treatment and service, and the center has a relationship with
patients, doctors, and the work team, and they have all Loyalty to the
organization due to their proficiency in work and their love for each other, both
among the center’s staff and patients from outside the center

It is necessary to have a vision of the external environmental factors
affecting the organization
1- The laws and regulations of the state from the Ministry of Health
regarding dealing with the profession of physical therapy to the powers of
work
2- Weather factors, rain, and sudden natural disasters
3- The abundance of the same specialization and the increase in the number
of positions from competitors for the same work
4- Interactions in the professions and from outside The medical field
without the control of intruders on the professions
5- Culture and awareness of physical therapy
6- People’s standard of living varies from a rural village, city, governorate,
and people’s culture as well
7- The country’s economy and high prices negatively affect the organization
Internal environmental factors affecting the organization
1- Lack of good training for the organization’s employees
2- Lack of commitment to the required treatment plan and failure to
implement it completely
3- Lack of maintenance of its periodic equipment
4- Lack of commitment and departure from the framework of treatment
with physical therapy and interference in the professions of others, which
leads to the loss of good relations with the referring doctors To the center
according to their trust in the center
5- Deterioration of relations between the work team in the center and with
doctors from outside the center
6- Lack of competitive advantage in the center
7- Lack of oversight by the center director over all employees in the center
and re-evaluation of cases again with good follow-up of them

The center’s employees are physical therapy doctors who specialize in the field of physical therapy for the specializations of peditric, orthopidic, and neurolgical of Physical therapy.
