Finding a recipe that unlocks rapid growth and job creation should be the priority of emerging economies. Several theories of growth, employment and wage determination were efficient for certain economies at different periods, but not for other emerging economies like Nigeria. This study presents the Labour-Entrepreneurship Substitution mechanism as an idealistic model of growth, employment and wage determination. It is uniquely designed to accumulate capital, substitute labour for entrepreneurship as prospective supply of labour grows beyond its initial level, boost employment and output via new investments. Error correction mechanism of Autoregressive least square technique was used to measure the influence of labour-entrepreneurship substitution rate on the ‘new investment’, and the t-statistics, adopting Benferron’s multiple comparison adjusted probabilities was further used to measure the significance of the ‘new investment’ in determining gross domestic product in Nigeria. The labour-entrepreneurship substitution rate showed significant and positive impact on the new investment as the new investment also showed significant and positive impact on economic growth in Nigeria. Emerging and developed countries should develop the labour-entrepreneurship substitution as this will increase investment and output while creating full employment in the country.

The Goods and Services Tax, also known as GST Goods and Service Tax , came into force in India on 01 July 2017. Now there is a free flow of goods in the country and the concern of tax rates of businessmen have ended. The Goods and Services Tax rate in India is the highest at 28 percent, which frustrates businessmen. GST replaced very complex and many indirect taxes such as production duty, sales tax, entry tax, VAT etc. The objective of the Government of India to implement this was to encourage development by adopting the system of â€œone nation, one tax, one marketâ€ by exempting the country from the different tax rates of different states. Goods and services have become expensive with GST. But it will have to wait for its positive and negative results, and see which side is to turn. Growth and Future Prospects of MSME in India

In recent years, the significance of MSME has been recognized in the world’s countries for its major contribution in various socio-economic objectives such as higher economic growth and employment, output, nurturing entrepreneurship and encouragement and support for exports. MSME play a vital role in the industrial development of any country. The MSME sector is a backbone of Indian economy for its contribution to growth of Indian economy. This sector is very much important for moves towards a faster and inclusive growth of country. The MSME sector can help for achieving the target of Nation Manufacturing Policy that manufacturing should contribute 25% in India’s GDP by 2022. For that purpose, the government of India has taken a good initiative of “Make in India”. This paper is to focus on performance of MSME & growth and opportunities. It is concluded that this sector significantly contributes in employment, exports and manufacturing output.

Being in the world for centuries, these two countries share one of the most advanced technologies, traditions, ideals, morals etc from its civilization. From the border issues to the pricing issues India and China are in competition with each other. With the Global diplomacy and the WTO coming in, both of these countries have to move beyond their conflicts and start to cooperate more for sharing the mutual benefits. India is anyways facing a serious threat from China for its cheap manuafacturing capabilities. In the current circumstances, Globalisation requires for the two Nation States to come together rather being in a conflicting situtations. There has to a healthy competition, mutual respect and friendship between the two for countries.

Impact of Migration and Unplanned Development on the Urban Population

India today is emerging as a faster growing economy, and estimated to become the country with the largest population by 2050 crossing China. India's urbanization development has happened in an unplanned manner and with speedy migration happening from rural to urban India, it is expected that by 2030, 40 of the population will be living in urban India. Urban India can be divided into 2 categories the rich and the poor people, the rich people have access to everything and the poor and the middle class have become a victim of climate change, food shortage, India urban waste maximum amount of food in the world, it utilize maximum amount of groundwater for construction purpose. The economy of the country lies in the hand of 1 of the population who are rich, and the rest don't have much control, the average income is very less of a urban middle class to satisfy the basic necessities, the urban poor are becoming more poor, the smart city mission will bring development and economy growth but will make the rich richer and middle class people, upper middle class. Inequality, lack of opportunities where the educated unemployed youths can never help India come out of poverty. It is a growing economy in the world but very poor when it comes to development for its people.
