This document discusses the evaluation and continuation of KulturA, a cultural funding program. Over the last two years, KulturA funded 38 out of 59 projects totaling $4.2 million, supporting tangibles like festivals and buildings, expertise like dance schools, and international cultural exchange. While tangible investments and expertise building went well, cultural partnerships could be strengthened. Moving forward, the program aims to be more competitive by raising quality standards and promoting financial stability and co-financing. Reinforcing the cultural infrastructure requires network support, co-financing, and business assistance from all involved parties working together.
