1. After we had planned the storyline for the
prelim production, we then went tout to film it,
we produced different shots from different
angles so we could choose which ones would
be better. We also thought about the lighting,
at the start we used a dark atmosphere to
build up tension. We used match cutting in
Final Cut Pro to link the different shots
produced. We also added different sound to
our production. The 180degree rule allowed us
to see the characters in the same scene
having the same left/right relationship to each
other. We did not add any sound into our
prelim production.

2. In our actual film opening for
'RESOLVED' we have applied all of
the skills learnt when we made our
prelim. We also made a storyboard,
and used different camera skills such
as using different angles to represent
different genders. We also developed
the lighting techniques used, we used
darker atmosphere to represent the
situation. We used the 'classic' title
sequence; following its conventions.
