This document proposes a research project to develop tools, networks, and processes for capturing and implementing ideas to drive innovation at SKANSKA UK Plc. The project would involve: 1) Researching culture transformation, social networking, supply chain management, and technologies through case studies and data collection. 2) Developing methods to increase business and supply chain management systems in line with company policies. 3) Testing prototype systems with supply chain partners and collecting feedback to update the systems.
