This document proposes a research project to develop tools, networks, and processes for capturing and implementing ideas to drive innovation at SKANSKA UK Plc. The project would involve:
1) Researching culture transformation, social networking, supply chain management, and technologies through case studies and data collection.
2) Developing methods to increase business and supply chain management systems in line with company policies.
3) Testing prototype systems with supply chain partners and collecting feedback to update the systems.
The goal is to help SKANSKA UK Plc deliver sustainable projects through innovation by transforming culture and integrating technologies and knowledge management into their management processes. Challenges include aligning different stakeholder expectations and developing a system applicable
The main aim of the program is to produce graduates who can perform a range of tasks and can be employed in development oriented careers with specific focus on rural development.
The JISC Continuing Access and Digital Preservation Strategy 2002-5, presentation to the 2004 JISC-CNI conference, Brighton UK is the fifth of 12 presentations I have selected to mark 20 years in Digital Preservation.
This presentation from 2004 is important largely for the legacy of the Strategy that established bodies such as the Digital Preservation Coalition and the Digital Curation Centre, which still have a major influence today.
The presentation sets out the context and rationale for the Strategy including the predicted growth of electronic publications, scientific data, and data curation. The implications of that growth were seen as:
• Core funding for institutions would not grow in line with information growth;
• A need for more automation and tools;
• A need for new shared services and information infrastructure;
• A significant need for R&D and investment to prepare for this.
Therefore the objectives of the Strategy were:
• As an advocacy document to secure additional funding of £6m over 3 years (2002-5) for new programmes in electronic records management and digital preservation;
• Justify the accompanying implementation plan;
• Provide a longer-term framework and rationale for activity extending beyond 2005.
A presentation I gave on how JISC infoNet are planning to create an infoKit that covers the breadth of work coming out of the JISC funded Flexible Service Delivery Programme.

A perspective from the UK funding body JISC on digitization, looking both at common pitfalls in writing applications and also some of the hidden issues, both in terms of cost and time, in digitisation projects for cultural heritage.

My Presentation at the Informatik 2015 conference about a paper by Prof. Frank Teuteberg and me: From Smart Meters to Smart Products: Reviewing Big Data driven Product Innovation in the European Electricity Retail Market
As soon as the final publication of the paper is available, I will share the link here as well.
This ppt is my introduction,SWOT & my exp on various Projects we accomplished together as a team. Also challenges we faced and overcome during projects execution. I have captured two case studies that represent how Leadership was exercised in different business case scenarios. Case1 is about the "Transforming Organization’s Strategic Site to Project Management culture" and the initiatives exercised. case2 is about "Project Management during divestment of Organization’s non-Strategic Site".
