Hal itu meliputi perbaikan bersinambung dari keterampilan & perilaku pribadi, dengan fokus kpd kesejahteraan & keberhasilan pribadi dalam masyarakat. Pengelolan diri & pelatihan diri merupakan inti PBSC & terfokus kpd manager sekaligus karyawan di dalam kesekuruhan organisasi.The Organizational Balanced Scorecard (OBSC). Disini misi, visi & peran kunci pribadi disebut ambisi organisasi. OBSC penekanannya pada pengembangan dan penerapan strategi.Total Quality Management (TQM).
