Companies in EEC rely on two types of employment structure:
1) Regular worker (Permanent employee)
2) Temporary worker (Outsourced employee)
And two types of HR recruitment agencies:
1) For regular worker (100s of agencies)
2) For temporary worker (30+ agencies in EEC area)
Merit of temporary worker system
- Most factories utilize this system to adjust their number of workers depending on economic conditions
- Agents usually dispatch 1 supervisor per 50-150 workers, and manage HR matters instead of the factory
- Factories can screen and hire skillful and diligent workers from the temporary worker pool.
-Factories usually pay some commission if they want to hire the temporary worker before 1 year
