The challenges in Small car project, necessitated improvements in quality and productivity, right from day one of implementation of project. Detailed studies on external management services, manufacturing process, various departments involved, and procedures followed were done, and problems in the existing system were identified and solutions were provided. The object of this paper is to investigate methods of measuring performance. The subject of this paper is the process of implementing methods to increase productivity. Methods (procedures) of the study. Pattern during the writing of this work was used by scientist’s articles information about the measurement and implementation of systems productivity. Since this work was written with the use of different methods and examples, not all of them before writing the work were known to me, I want to present a certain part to improve the productivity of some companies in my country.

Heat exchanger is devices used to exchange the heat between two liquids that are at different temperature .These are used as a reheated in many industries and auto mobile sector and power plants. The main aim of our project is thermal analysis of heat exchanger with waved baffles for different types of materials at different mass flow rates and different tube diameters using FLOEFD software and comparing the results that are obtained. The work is a simplified model for the study of thermal analysis of shell-and-tubes heat exchangers having water as cold and hot fluid. Shell and Tube heat exchangers are having special importance in boilers, oil coolers, condensers, pre-heaters. They are also widely used in process applications as well as the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. The robustness and medium weighted shape of Shell and Tube heat exchangers make them well suited for high pressure operations. The project shows the best material, best boundary conditions and parameters of materials we have to use for better heat conduction. For this we are chosen a practical problem of counter flow shell and tube heat exchanger having water, by using the data that come from cfd analysis. A design of sample model of shell and tube heat exchanger with waved baffles is using Pro-e and done the thermal analysis by using FLOEFD software by assigning different materials to tubes with different diameters having different mass flow rates and comparing the result that obtained from FLOEFD software.

In this paper a new technique is proposed for achieving increased frequency agility by loading the patch antenna with a MOS capacitor. Theoretical investigations have been carried out for the MOS capacitor loaded Annular Ring microstrip antenna, for oxide thicknesses from 100 A to 500 A, to predict the achievable range of operational bandwidth. In spite of numerous advantages, the simple patch antenna has a low operational bandwidth, which limits its applicability. Hence this technique of MOS capacitor loaded Annular Ring microstrip patch antenna is to improve the operating frequency range.

Abstract: Old-Goa has been declared as a World Heritage site in 1986 for its rich culture, built heritage and includes many magnificent churches, monuments and temples. Most of these churches are world famous and constructed way back in the 16 th century and are the best examples of Manueline and Gothic architecture. These churches have very intricate detailing and ornamentation reflecting the past and playing an important role in shaping the community to know about the ancient culture, way of life, architecture, level of development, building techniques, and use of material, art and other aspects of the society of a particular period. The rich heritage structures are on the verge of deterioration and alarms for effective management. The surrounding areas are getting developed in a non harmonious manner without any due respect to the fine existing architecture. The detracting and non-contributory buildings will deface the heritage area losing its identity due to non harmonious approach by the agencies and people. These heritage monuments and areas are to be made their significance assessment for undertaking the conservation and preservation. The paper deals with the significant assessment of the heritage monuments in the heritage area of Old Goa. Keywords: Architectural Significance, Heritage, Conservation, Renaissance, Baroque.

Digital Image enhancement is the process of adjusting digital images so that the results are more suitable for display or further image analysis. It provides a multitude of choices for improving the visual quality of images or to provide a “better transform representation for future automated image processing. The enhancement technique differs from one field to another field. The existing techniques of image enhancement can be classified into two categories: Spatial Domain and Frequency domain enhancement. Many images like satellite images, medical images, aerial images and even real life photographs suffer from poor contrast and noise. It improves the quality (clarity) of images for human viewing by eradicating blurs, noise, increasing contrast, and revealing image details.

In this review paper, we have tried to revisit the basic concept of nuclear fusion and the recent thrust that has been witnessed in the recent times towards power generation from it . In fusion we get the energy when two atoms fused together to form one atoms. With current technology the reaction most readily feasible is between the nuclei of the deuterium (D) and tritium (T). Each D-T releases 17.6 MeV of energy. The use of nuclear fusion plant will substantially will reduce the environmental impacts of increasing world electricity demands. Fusion power offers the prospect of an almost inexhaustible source of energy for future generation but it also presents so far insurmountable scientific and engineering challenges.

In present scenario user search results using Fuzzy c-means algorithm focuses queries are submitted to search engines to represent the information needs of users. The proposed feedbacks sessions are clustered by data are bound to each cluster by means of a membership function. Feedback sessions are constructed from user click-through logs and can efficiently reflect the information needs of users. Pseudo-documents are generated to better understand the clustered feedbacks. Fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the feedbacks. Clustering the feedbacks can effectively reflect the user needs. Fuzzy c-means algorithm uses the reciprocal of distances to decide the cluster centers. Ranking model is used to provide ranks to the URL based on the user search feedbacks. Evaluate the performance using “Classified Average Precision (CAP)” for user search results.
