PROJECT AIMS
• To help people take the lead in planning &
  meeting their housing needs with the
  support of partner organisations

• To create a co-produced housing plan
  (strategy) for people with a
  learning disability in Northamptonshire
Project Funders
• The people paying for the work are the
Learning Disability Partnership Board

• The people leading the work are the
  ‘Finding a Place to Live Group’
Project Timescale & results
•   Complete the Plan by end of Oct 2010

Things we need to produce:-
1. A Housing Plan &
2. Hold a conference (big sharing) about
    – The Housing Plan &
    – The way we shared in making it
