This document provides calculations to find the area and volume of geometric shapes. It first calculates the area (2400 mm^2) and volume (8000 mm^3) of a cube with an edge length of 2 cm. It then calculates the volume of stone enclosed in a monolith made of three stacked cubes with square bases of sides 40, 30, and 20 dm and heights of 5, 10, and 50 dm, respectively, providing the result in m^3, cm^3, and mm^3.
