(1) Draw the kinematic diagram of the m
machine shown below.
(2) Considering the various dimensions of links in millimeters. If crank OA rotates at a uniform
velocity of 120 rpm, determine the velocity of the point K, in meters per second, when the crank

OA is inclined at angle 30o. (Choose only one method: Velocity component method,
Instantaneous center method or Relative velocity method)
AB = 600, BC = 200, AC = 600, MK = 280, DK = 170, MD = 390, CD = 320 and QB = 350.
(3) Find the change in angular position of K if crank OA moves 10 degrees CW (Graphical Method).
(4) Describe the purpose of this machine.
