This prayer asks God for blessings, guidance, and help as a group gathers together. It requests that God would clearly show them how to conduct their work with a spirit of joy and enthusiasm, give them the desire to excel, help them work together and encourage each other to excellence by challenging one another to reach higher and be the best they can be. The prayer is made in the name of Lord Jesus Christ and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

1. Loving Heavenly Father,
We come to you this hour asking
for your blessings and help as we
are gathered together.
We pray for guidance in the
matters at hand and ask that you
would clearly show us how to
conduct our work.

2. With a spirit of joy and
enthusiasm. Give us the desire to
find ways to excel in our work.
Help us to work together and
encourage each other to
excellence. We ask that we would
challenge each other to reach
higher and father to be the best
we can be.

3. We ask this in the name of
Lord Jesus Christ and the
Immaculate Heart of Mary.
